David Black oversees construction operations and field execution. A master carpenter with extensive hands-on experience, he manages scheduling, subcontractors, inspections, and quality control, ensuring projects are built to plan, on schedule, and to a high professional standard.
Ginny Campbell
Ginny Campbell supports administrative coordination and project documentation. With a background in housing and compliance, she assists with records, reporting, and client coordination, helping ensure projects progress smoothly and meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
Erick Saks
Erick Saks leads Lifeline Construction, overseeing project development, compliance, and execution across residential, commercial, and government projects. A retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, he brings disciplined leadership, strategic oversight, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work safely, efficiently, and to code.
Aileen Buford
Aileen Buford serves as Office Manager, overseeing day-to-day administrative operations. She manages scheduling, communications, permitting coordination, and inspection support, helping ensure projects move efficiently from approval through completion.
